A big thank you to Becky, she was the only person to enter our raffle this time so she wins the baby legs, build a bear, and a Junior painting.
Now to decide where to go from here, regular fund raising is not an option. I just have no ability to fit it in around caring for Junior. It has been suggested that I contact my church but that is also not an option, we haven't been able to attend in a year so aren't exactly considered a part of things there.
We will get there, and I know we are certainly not the only ones in need of an adapted vehicle.

Don't give up Heidi! I know you will get your van. I'll keep thinking and praying that a door will open somewhere!!! Give Junior a BIG hug for me!!!
ReplyDeleteThere is an organization called wheels for walking I don't know if they are in your area but they help provide adaptive equipment grants. Just an Idea for you.

Hello! I've been following over at Adaptions 4 Kidz, and finally looked at all of your pages. We recently bought a van for my son, Max, but still have to adapt it. I just found this page online and haven't gone through all of the links, but seems to have a great list of ideas.
